Why was the school called "Louis Braille" ?

Louis Braille  was born in France on 4th January 1809 and died on 6th January 1852.He was  a French educator and inventor of the Braille tactile system. It is a system of reading and writing for use by  blind students and those who were visually  impaired.
Louis Braille is described in the free Encyclopedia Wikipedia as follows:"Blinded in both eyes as a result of an early childhood accident, Braille mastered his disability while still a boy. He excelled in his education and received scholarship to France's Royal Institute for Blind Youth. While still a student there, he began developing a system of tactile code that could allow blind people to read and write quickly and efficiently."
That's why many people think that Louis Braille Prep School is for blind pupils or visually impaired ones which is not true. The school was named after Louis Braille not only because he was a great inventor and especially educator but also because the school has a door in the playground that opens in the Avenue Louis Braille that was also named after the great educator and inventor.
